I saw these at the Circuit City prior to purchasing form Amazon. They came well packed and set up was fairly easy. The leather is soft and you can feel and see the quality and the detail. I have owned them for about one year and they look as good as when I purchased them. They come with stainless steel cup holder (nice feature) that accommodates just about any bottle or glass. The recliner hardware is a bit jerky and will takes a little extra effort(pushing down on the foot rest)to close but this should be OK for most people to handle, caution if you have a bad back. I had three pieces delivered each had a slightly different texture to the leather but I understand this is a natural material and you will see subtle differences in the leather finish (all cows are not the same). The color on each matched perfectly and the stitching is first rate. Would recommend.
